New Zealand Government Warmer Kiwi Homes and Hawke's Bay Regional Council Heatsmart Grants

Getting a wood stove is one of the more major investments for most people in their homes and will affect your coziness for years to come.

Did you know there’s some awesome help out there from the national and local government to help towards this?

EECA with their Warmer Kiwi Home grant is providing up to $3,000 or 90% towards the cost of your wood stove and installation, of course there’s Ts and Cs but get in touch and we’ll see if you qualify.

Didn’t make the WKH conditions? The next grant to check out is with the HBRC, their Heatsmart grant can provide $700, T’s and C’s apply. Or mix and match with either the Heatsmart loan from HBRC or their Sustainable Home loan.

EECA Warmer Kiwi Homes

Warmer Kiwi Homes provides grants covering up to 90% of the costs to purchase and install insulation and an efficient heater, to help lower income homeowners improve health, reduce energy use and emissions, and save money on their power bills.
